The aparthotel is located just 900 m from Frankfurt Messe Exhibition Centre.
Frankfurt (Main) Messe S-Bahn Train Station is just 450 m from the accommodation.
A further selection of restaurants can be found within a 10-minute walking distance of the accommodation and the Museum for Modern Art can be reached in 20-minutes using public transport.

Each of the apartments at Citadines City Centre Frankfurt features an iPod docking station, air-conditioning and tea/coffee making facilities. Some apartments also include a fully-equipped kitchen or kitchenette.

Hotel booking policy

Important: please be informed that hotel bookings through bnetwork online portal are exclusively for participants registered to Ambiente/Christmasworld/Creativeworld 2026. We reserve the right to cancel your reservation/s in case registration for the event has not been done.

Please notice that the cancellation policy applies in accordance with the amount of rooms booked. In case of allotment modification, the corresponding cancellation policy is applicable.

Payment policy

You can pay for your reservation(s) by credit card or wire transfer. If paying by credit card, you will be charged (plus a +2.5% transaction fee) at time of booking. Once payment is received you will receive your confirmation.

Important: You are authorizing bnetwork to charge the provided credit card as per the following cancellation policy. Please note this charge will show "BNETWORK15" on your credit card statement.

Upon acknowledgement of booking, a deposit corresponding to 100% of the total stay per reserved room(s) is required to secure your hotel reservation(s).

Bookings without payment will not be confirmed. Final invoice will be issued and provided by the hotel upon check out.

Cancellation policy

From confirmation of booking until August 1st 2025, in case of cancellation of reservation(s), the participant will be charged a 10% administrative fee corresponding to the full stay.

Between August 2nd and September 2nd 2025, in case of cancellation of reservation(s), the participant will be charged a 50% administrative fee corresponding to the full stay.

Between September 3rd and October 29th 2025, in case of cancellation of reservation(s), the participant will be charged a 65% administrative fee corresponding to the full stay.

Between October 30th 2025 and January 2nd 2026, in case of cancellation of reservation(s), the participant will be charged a 90% administrative fee corresponding to the full stay.

Between January 3rd 2026 and January 13th 2026, in case of cancellation of reservation(s), the participant will be charged a 95% administrative fee corresponding to the full stay.

From January 14th 2025, 100% of the night by night allotment is due in case of cancellation or reduction. We regret that no refund can be made.

Cancellations shall be communicated to bnetwork in writing via email at the following address: ambientehotels@bnetwork.com. Penalties may apply based upon cancellation policy. Telephone cancellations are not accepted as valid. You will receive an email confirming the cancellation within 24 business hours, Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM CET (Central European Time).

Reservation modification changes: all reservation modifications can be made through the website "My account" function at https://ambiente.bnetwork.com or in writing via email/fax. If emailing, please include your unique reservation code. Subject to availability, changes will be confirmed by bnetwork within 24 hours Monday through Friday 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM CET (Central European Time).

Personal information protection: bnetwork complies with applicable data protection laws and regulations regarding collection, use, transfer, disclosure, retention, security, and destruction of “personal information” (P.I.) and “personally identifiable information”). bnetwork will only use P.I. that is provided by the company or directly by an individual solely to the extent necessary to perform its obligations under this contract. bnetwork shall not employ the P.I. for bnetwork’s own purposes nor for the purposes of third parties. bnetwork shall not transfer data or P.I. to any third parties, except upon prior written approval of the company. By signing this contract, you confirm that you are entitled and have corresponding approval to disclose on behalf of a third-party data related to booking purposes (i.e. gender, email addresses, company of employment and accommodation details).

Hotel booking policy (from 6 bookings)

Important: please be informed that room blocks performed through bnetwork, official accommodation agency for Ambiente/Christmasworld/Creativeworld 2026, is exclusively dedicated to companies participating in Ambiente/Christmasworld/Creativeworld 2026. bnetwork reserves the right to cancel the room block in case the company cancels its participation to such event.

Payment policy

Upon confirmation, a deposit corresponding to 50% of the total cost of your night by night allotment is requested to secure your hotel allotment.

By September 2nd 2025, an additional 35% deposit is requested, for a total amounting to 85% of the total cost of your night by night allotment.

By October 29th 2025, an additional 15% deposit is requested, for a total amounting to 100% of the total cost of your night by night allotment.

Failure to pay any deposit by will result in cancellation of reservation and forfeiture of all deposits paid.

From October 30th 2025, any additional room night requested must be paid at the same time of booking. Bookings without payment will not be confirmed.

Cancellation policy

From confirmation until August 1st 2025, in case of full cancellation of the pre-booked allotment per hotel, you are committed to pay 10% of the deposit paid as administrative cancellation fees penalty. Partial cancellation is allowed without penalty.

Between August 2nd and September 2nd 2025, 50% per night, hotel and room category of the current allotment can be cancelled without penalty. Any cancelled room nights exceeding the permitted percentage, will be charged in full.

Between September 3rd and October 29th 2025, 35% per night, hotel and room category of the current allotment can be cancelled without penalty. Any cancelled room nights exceeding the permitted percentage, will be charged in full.

Between October 30th 2025 and January 2nd 2026, 10% per night, hotel and room category of the current allotment can be cancelled without penalty. Any cancelled room nights exceeding the permitted percentage, will be charged in full.

Between January 3rd and January 13th 2026, 5% per night, hotel and room category of the current allotment can be cancelled without penalty. Any cancelled room nights exceeding the permitted percentage, will be charged in full.

From January 14th 2026, 100% of the night by night allotment is due in case of cancellation or reduction. We regret that no refund can be made.
